Create the product in Oracle Service Cloud

Before you can create the asset in Oracle Service Cloud, you must add the associated product to the catalog.

1. Click Configuration on the navigation pane.

2. Double-click Product Catalog under Opportunity.

3. Click New on the ribbon.

4. In the Product Details editor, complete the following fields:

   Field	Description
   Product Name	Enter a name for the product.
   ID	Enter a product ID.
   Disabled	Leave the check box unselected.
   Service Catalog	Select the check box.
   Serialized	Select the check box.

5. Click Save & Close to save the product and close the Product Details editor.
