Create the integration user

To support inbound API calls from Oracle Integration Cloud Service to Oracle Service Cloud, you create a user in Oracle Service Cloud and store the credentials in Oracle Integration Cloud Service.

1. In the Service Console, click Configuration on the navigation pane.

2. Double-click Staff Accounts by Profile under Staff Management.

   The Account Details editor opens.

3. Click New in the ribbon.

4. Complete the following fields.

   Field	Description
   User Name	IoT User
   First Name	IoT
   Last Name	User
   Display Name	IoT User
   Change Password	Click the button and create a strong password.
   Password Expires	Deselect the check box if you wish the password not to expire.
   Profile	IoT Integration (from the previous procedure)
   Group	Select or create an appropriate group, such as IoT.
   Default Currency	Select an appropriate currency.
   Default Currency	Select an appropriate country.

5. Click Save & Close to save the user and close the Account Details editor.
