Create the integration profile

You create a profile for the integration user in Oracle Service Cloud.

1. In the Service Console, click Configuration on the navigation pane.

2. Double-click Profiles under Staff Management.

3. Click New in the ribbon.

   The Profiles editor opens.

4. Complete the following fields.

   Field	Description
   Name	IoT Integration
   Customize Navigation Sets	Leave the check box unselected.
   Access	Select the check box.
   Navigation Set	Leave blank.

5. Click Permissions on the ribbon.

6. On the Administration tab, select the Account Authentication check box under Public SOAP API.

   Leave the remaining options unselected.

7. Click the Service tab.

   1. Under Incidents, select the Read and Add/Edit check boxes.

   2. Leave the remaining options unselected.

8. Click the Custom Objects tab.

   1. Select the Read and Update check boxes for the AssetIoTExtension custom object that you created.

   2. Leave all options on the other tabs unselected.

9. Click Save & Close to save the new profile and close the Profile editor.
