Run time

Service incidents are automatically created and updated based on incoming messages sent from Oracle Internet of Things Cloud Service to Oracle Service Cloud.

If the configurations are performed as outlined in this document, service incidents that contain threads are created through these incoming messages. The threads are represented as private notes, as shown below.

A service representative can monitor and control the device from within the incident. This can be done on the Device tab, as shown below.
