You must import the Oracle Social Cloud Accelerator reports
into your Oracle Service Cloud site to display social media data.
Before you begin
You import the reports that you downloaded from
GitHub. The
report definitions are in the
social/cx/imports/report directory.
You must give Session Authentication permission to
any profiles that will import the reports.
Procedure
- In the Service Console, click the Analytics button on the navigation pane.
- Double-click Reports Explorer.
- In the Reports Explorer, right-click Public
Reports, then select New Folder. Name the new folder Accelerators.
- Right-click Accelerators and select New Folder. Name the new folder Oracle Social
Cloud, or some other useful name.
- Click New Report on the ribbon.
The New Report wizard opens.
- Click Import Existing Report Definition.
- Select the SocialChannelAccount.xml file that you downloaded, then click Open.
The report opens in the Report Designer.
- Click Save & Close on the ribbon.
- Name the report SocialChannelAccount and save it under Public
Reports\Accelerators\Oracle Social Cloud.
- Repeat steps 5 through 9 for each of the following reports:
- SrmRepliesListTable.xml
- SrmResolutionTime.xml
Note: You must name each report exactly the same as its corresponding
imported XML file.
What to do next
Make sure that any profile that uses the Oracle Social
Cloud Accelerator has access to custom reports.
