You add new statuses for social media to the Incident Statuses
customizable menu.
Procedure
- Click Configuration on the navigation
pane.
- Double-click Customizable Menus under Application Appearance.
The Customizable Menus explorer opens
on the content pane.
- Expand the System Menus tree, then
click Incident Statuses.
The Incident Statuses editor opens on the content pane.
- Add the following incident statuses:

- Click Save & Close to close
the Customizable Menus explorer.
