Add the incident statuses

You add new statuses for social media to the Incident Statuses customizable menu.

Procedure

  1. Click Configuration on the navigation pane.
  2. Double-click Customizable Menus under Application Appearance.
    The Customizable Menus explorer opens on the content pane.
  3. Expand the System Menus tree, then click Incident Statuses.
    The Incident Statuses editor opens on the content pane.
  4. Add the following incident statuses:
    Label Status
    Open Conversation Unresolved
    Response Needed Conversation Waiting
    Closed Conversation Solved
  5. Click Save & Close to close the Customizable Menus explorer.
