Import the add-ins

You import the add-ins into Oracle Service Cloud using the Add-In Manager.

Before you begin

This procedure requires the compiled add-ins from the previous procedure.

Procedure

  1. In the Service Console, click Configuration on the navigation pane.
  2. Double-click Add-In Manager under Site Configuration.
  3. Click New in the ribbon, then select Agent Desktop Add-In.
  4. In the Open window, select the Accelerator.SRM.CreateReplyAddIn.dll file from the social/cx/projects/shiphome folder, then click Open.
  5. Click Apply All on the ribbon to allow access to the add-in for all profiles and interfaces.
  6. Click Save.
    The new add-in is displayed in the Add-In Manager under Agent Desktop Add-Ins.
  7. Repeat steps 3 through 6 for the following add-ins:
    • Accelerator.SRM.ReportTablesAddIn.dll
    • Accelerator.SRM.ServiceStatusBarAddIn.dll
  8. Click Save & Close to exit the Add-In Manager.
  9. Log out of the Service Console, then log back in to use the add-ins.

What to do next

You must give Session Authentication permission to any profiles that will use the add-ins.
