You must create custom fields in the Incident object for
the Oracle Social Cloud Accelerator.
Procedure
- Click Configuration on the navigation
pane.
- Double-click Custom Fields under Database.
The content pane displays the Custom Fields tree.
- Click Incident in the Custom Fields tree, then click New on the ribbon.
- In the Custom Fields editor:
- Enter SRM_custom_attributes in
the Name field.
- Click the Data Type drop-down
menu and select Text Field.
The Data Details fields appear.
- Enter 255 in the Size
of Field field.
- Enter SRM_custom_attributes in
the Column Name field.
- Click Save.
The new custom field appears under Incident.
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the following fields:
