You must associate imported reports with the imported workspaces
to display social media data.
Procedure
- Click Configuration on the navigation
pane.
- Double-click Workspaces under Application Appearance.
The Workspaces explorer opens on
the content pane.
- Open the SRM_ContactWorkspace workspace that you imported into Oracle Service Cloud.
The text on the SRM Social Handles tab displays This report is no longer available.
- Click inside the field of the SRM Social Handles tab.
- Click the Design tab on the ribbon,
then click the Report control.
The Select Report window displays.
- Select SocialChannelAccount from
the Public Reports\Accelerators\Oracle Social Cloud tree, then click OK.
The report is displayed on the SRM Social Handles tab.
- Click Save.
- Repeat steps 3 through 7 for
the SRM_IncidentWorkspace workspace to associate
the SrmRepliesListTable report with the Messages tab.

You must associate the new workspaces with the profiles
that will use the workspaces.
