Associate reports with the workspaces

You must associate imported reports with the imported workspaces to display social media data.

Procedure

  1. Click Configuration on the navigation pane.
  2. Double-click Workspaces under Application Appearance.
    The Workspaces explorer opens on the content pane.
  3. Open the SRM_ContactWorkspace workspace that you imported into Oracle Service Cloud.
    The text on the SRM Social Handles tab displays This report is no longer available.
  4. Click inside the field of the SRM Social Handles tab.
  5. Click the Design tab on the ribbon, then click the Report control.
    The Select Report window displays.
  6. Select SocialChannelAccount from the Public Reports\Accelerators\Oracle Social Cloud tree, then click OK.
    The report is displayed on the SRM Social Handles tab.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Repeat steps 3 through 7 for the SRM_IncidentWorkspace workspace to associate the SrmRepliesListTable report with the Messages tab.

What to do next

You must associate the new workspaces with the profiles that will use the workspaces.
