Set up the Accelerator in B2C Service

Requirements

  • Admin access to B2C Service site
  • Two user accounts should be created: one for basic Auth for REST API calls from CPM and other for OAuth calls from OCI
  • IDCS Id / OCI Region / Account Name / Account Id
  • Site enabled for External Objects and Chat
  • Access to the Identity Provider editor

If above settings are not enabled, please submit a service request or contact your Oracle account manager to have your site enabled for Chat, External Objects, and Identity Provider editor for SSO.

The following are the implementation steps to set up Live Chat Sentiment Analysis Accelerator in Oracle B2C Service:

  1. Create Custom Objects
  2. Configure External Objects
  3. Add Custom Configuration
  4. Add Reports
  5. Install CPM File
  6. Configure CPM Routing
  7. Add Extensions
  8. Import Workspace
  9. Assign Workspace to Staff Profile
  10. Add DLM Policy to Purge Old Data
