Add DLM Policy to Purge Old Data

Chat messages data is a huge data set to be stored forever, it is a good practice to purge old data and ensure the application performs well. The accelerator uses custom objects that store chat message data. You can leverage the Oracle B2C Service Data Lifecycle Policy for purging the old data in the custom objects.

For detailed steps on how to add a report-based DLM policy, refer Create a Report-Based Data Lifecycle Policy. We can add one policy each for ChatAIPredictionInfo and ChatAIResultSummary.
