Import Workspace

You import the workspaces that you downloaded from GitHub /chat_sentiment/workspace to enable multi edit to suggest sentiment for the ChatAIPredictionInfo custom object. The workspace definitions are in the chat_sentiment/workspace directory.

To import the workspace:

1. Click Configuration on the navigation pane.
2. Expand Application Appearance, then double-click Workspaces.

   The Workspaces explorer opens on the content pane.

3. Click New on the ribbon.

   If workflows are enabled, the button will be labeled New Workspace.

   The New Workspace window opens.

4. Click Import Workspace from an Exported Workspace File under Start with an Existing Workspace to open the Import Workspace wizard.
5. Click Next.
6. Browse to select the multi_edit_chat_details.xml file within the chat_sentiment/workspace directory, and then click Next.
7. In the Workspace Type window, confirm that the workspace is mapped to the ChatAIPredictionInfo Multi-Edit type, then click Next.
8. In the Record Types window, click Next.
9. Click Finish.

   The workspace is imported and displayed in the New Workspace window.

10. Click Save and save the workspace as multi_edit_chat_details.
