Assign Workspace to Staff Profile

You need to assign the workspace for the ChatAIPredictionInfo custom object for the admin user who will be reviewing the predicted values and giving the feedback.

To assign the workspace:

1. From the Configuration navigation menu, select Staff Management > Profiles.
2. Open the profileyou want to assign the workspace to either by right-clicking on the profile and selecting Edit Profile, or double clicking the profile name.
3. Under the "Workspaces" (or "Workspaces/Workflows") tab, select the Search icon for the ChatAIPredictionInfo record type.
4. Select the multi_edit_chat_details Workspace.
5. Click OK.
6. Save the profile.
