Install CPM File

The CPM script allows you to consume machine learning predictions. You need to update the test contact Id in the CPM file.

To install the CPM file:

  1. Log in to .net console of your site.
  2. Click Configuration on the navigation pane.
  3. Expand Site Configuration, and then double-click Process Designer.
  4. Select New.
  5. Download the file: chat_sentiment/cpm/chatEscalationHandler.php
  6. Browse the PHP code file downloaded in the previous step.
  7. Select the Execute Asynchronously check box and click Save.
  8. Click Test.
  9. To deploy the CPM file, click Deploy.
