Import the Mobile Accelerator custom objects

You must import custom Account and Incident objects into your Oracle Service Cloud site to use the Mobile Accelerator.

1. Click Configuration on the navigation pane.

2. Double-click Object Designer under Database.

   The object designer opens on the content pane.

3. Click Import on the ribbon.

   The Import Custom Objects Wizard opens where you select the file to import.

4. Click Browse to select the mobile_attributes.zip file within the imports/custom_attributes directory, and then click Open.

5. Click Next.

   The next page of the wizard opens, showing you the custom objects that will be imported.

6. Keep the defaults, Account and Incident objects selected, and click Next to complete the import.

   A message informs you that the import was successful.

7. Click OK to close the message and the Import Custom Objects Wizard.

   The Account and Incident custom objects appear in the Object Designer under Mobile.

8. Click Save.
