Contacts

Procedure

  1. Tap Contacts in the Springboard.

    The My Contacts list appears.

  2. Tap the Search icon to search for contacts.



  3. Tap a contact to view its details.



  4. Tap the Incidents icon at the bottom of the screen to view incidents assigned to that contact.

  5. Tap the Edit icon to add information to the contact or change its status.

  6. Tap Save to save the changes, or Cancel to discard the changes.

  7. Tap the Add icon to create a new contact.

    1. Fill in the fields.

    2. Tap Save to save the new contact, or Cancel to discard it.

  8. Tap the Back icon to return to the My Contacts list.

    We do not recommend using the device Back button on Android devices.
