Dashboard

The Dashboard shows you the status of your incidents, along with data such as response time and resolution efficiency, and lists the top three tasks.



You can tap the Unresolved, Resolved, and other sections of the Incidents Status graph to view only incidents with those particular statuses.

From the Dashboard, you tap the Springboard icon in the upper left corner to access incidents, contacts, tasks, and so on.
