Create the workspace

The workspace is a container for tasks, workers, task queues, workflows, and activities.

1. On the Twilio Console Dashboard, click the ellipsis (...) next to Dashboard to display the navigation pane, then click TaskRouter.
   The TaskRouter Dashboard displays.
2. Click the plus sign (+) under Workspaces on the dashboard to create a new workspace.
3. Enter a name for the workspace, for example, Service Cloud Workspace.
4. Under Default & Timeout Activities, select First In, First Out from the Template drop-down menu.
5. Leave the default values for the other fields.
6. Click Save.
   The Overview page for the workspace displays.
7. Click Settings.
8. On the Settings page, note the values for the Workspace Name and Workspace SID parameters.
