Create the activities

Activities correspond to agent statuses in Oracle Service Cloud.

1. From the workspace you created, click Activities.
   The Activities page displays the following activities:

   • Offline

   • Idle

   • Busy

   • Reserved

2. Click the plus sign (+) on the Activities page to create a new activity.
   You can also edit an existing activity.
3. On the Create Activity page, complete the following fields:

   Field	Value
   Activity Name	Ready
   Availability	Select the Available option.

4. Click Save.
   The page for the new Activity is shown.
5. Repeat steps 1 through 4 using the following values:

   Field	Value
   Activity Name	Wait
   Availability	Select the Unavailable option.

6. Click Activities again.
7. Note the SID values for all of the activities.
