Obtain the OAuth settings

You must file a service request with the Oracle Social Cloud Helpdesk through My Oracle Support to get the OAuth settings for the REST API for Oracle Social Cloud. Oracle Service Cloud Customer Care is not able to assist with this request.

Before you begin

You must have valid Oracle Social Cloud login credentials. The social user login must be associated with the correct bundle and account.


  1. Navigate to the How to Submit an Oracle Social Cloud Service Request (SR) page.
  2. Follow the instructions for submitting the service request.


As part of the integration enablement process, you will receive the following confirmation parameters to use in Configure the OAuth Settings:

  • Authorization Endpoint URL

  • Access (Token) Endpoint URL
