I recommend you look at the GlassFish 2.1 Developers' Guide, which has a
chapter on how to use third-party JCA conenctors.

 In particular, this section tells you how to configure a MDB to use a
particular resource adapter:

(Yes, you do need to set something in sun-ejb-jar.xml)
