Sorry for the delay I ran into other issues that had higher priority.
I've attached a zip file containing the two domain.xml files representing the
ones we use for v2.1.1 (SGES) and v.3.1.1.
I can't find any significant difference in configuration explaining the
difference I see in performance between the releases.
