Instead of manually extract glassfish-v3_1-b01-02_16_2010.zip to C:\Program Files\sges-v3, I think we should invoke the updatetool and update GlassFish Full Profile Incorporation version 3.0.1-5 from publisher dev.glassfish.sun.com.
