Finally, I'm able to build and run the order application now!

Instead of manually extract glassfish-v3_1-b01-02_16_2010.zip, I invoked updatetool and updated GlassFish Full Profile Incorporation version 3.0.1-5 from publisher dev.glassfish.sun.com.
