The problem does not appear after reinstall NetBean and GlassFish.

Here are the steps:

1. Uninstall NetBean and GlassFish, delete the folders.
2. Install NetBean 6.8 with GlassFish v3 bundle.
3. Extract glassfish-v3_1-b01-02_16_2010.zip to C:\Program Files\sges-v3.
4. Start the default domain from the command line.
