Service Cloud Knowledge Advanced
Service Cloud knowledge advanced can be utilized for knowledge API calls. To use this feature, ensure that Knowledge Advanced is enabled on your Service Cloud site. Otherwise, Knowledge Foundation will not work with these examples.
Procedure
- Click the Repository section and select List under Categories.
- If you do not have categories labeled “Manuals” and “Tech Bulletins”, then create them in category management.
- Once the categories are created, you may add applicable articles under the Content section.
- The PDF files that will be served in the AR application should be attached to the articles that you create. The app will only read one file per answer, but you may alter the code to change this behavior during your implementation.
