After the integrations have been
configured, they must be enabled so API calls can be made to them.
The following procedure explains how to do this.
Procedure
- On the Integrations
page, note there is a switch next to each integration. Click the switch
next to an integration and a modal dialog opens.
- Click Activate to enable the integration.
Note:
The Enable Tracing feature should be turned on for non-production
systems to help troubleshoot potential integration issues. This flag
enables logging inside of OIC to determine if the calls made to OIC
are successful. For a demo scenario, where data volumes are low,
this can be a helpful flag to enable.
- Repeat the
above steps for each integration.
