I believe/hope
http://ws-test-harness.dev.java.net/ do have all the
licenses in CVS, but I don't think we are bundling licenses into the jar
files.
We should probably do that. It should be just a matter of updating build
script to bundle all lib/*.txt or something into META-INF. Any volunteer?
