imq.transaction.producer.maxNumMsgs=1000 has been set in default.properties
in MQ 4.4 as well so it should take effect unless in your environment the
default.propeties file was not picked up for some reason (eg. moved or
removed).  There is no change in checking/handling this property from 4.4 to
4.5x.
