I tested Glassfish the feature in Glassfish 2.1.1. If the
imq.transaction.producer.maxNumMsgs is set
in domain1/imq/instances/imqbroker/props/config.properties then the value is
considered everytime whatever the value.is  But while trying different
combination for the property in default.properties file i found that if
imq.transaction.producer.maxNumMsgs is set to >= 500, the number of message
produced per transaction becomes unbounded.
