I was using the bundled installation. I downloaded the latest zip version
3.1.1, where the domain1 is already created but still the message

Caused by: java.util.zip.ZipException: invalid entry compressed size
(expected 4247 but got 4248 bytes)
Not sure how to look for license files with ^Zat the end
