Is there a place, either JEE standard, or Glassfish specific, where we can intercept the creation of an Applications (EAR) EntityManager?
Right now, we're using persistence.xml. But for configuration and other reasons, we'd like to get rid of that and just build the EntityManagerFactory ourselves.
So, is there some place we can hook in to pull this off?
