regarding the glassfish versions.
I currently have v2.1 (9.1.1) (build b60e-fcs) installed on a windows machine which is apparently newer than 9.1_02 Patch12.
I have heard that Glassfish 2.1.1 is equivalent to 9.1_02 Patch12.
So, it seems as though both Glassfish 2.1.1 and my version are both created from 9.1_02 Patch12. I'd like to know what the differences are between Glassfish 2.1.1 and the version I have installed, if any at all.
The reason I'm asking is, while using my current version, I can easily install GlassfishESB 2.1 with my current version of Netbeans (6.5.1). I'd like to upgrade to Glassfish 2.1.1, but GlassfishESB 2.1 will not install on that version of Glassfish, and upgrading to GlassfishESB 2.2 requires me to upgrade my Netbeans version to 6.7.1 (which I can't do at the moment for various reasons.
My Midtier team was able to install Glassfish 2.1.1 and use GlassfishESB 2.1 with it, on a Linux box, but it seems to choke on Windows, so I'd like to know if there are major differences between my glassfish, and midtier's glassfish.
Any advice or direction is greatly appreciated.
