neither actually. though it's closest in behavior to a *nix symbolic link, but it's in windows. it''s all managed by eclipse though. nothing actually shows in the directory unless viewed through the eclipse project explorer/navigator views. a symbolic link would achieve the same thing in *nix. i just use it to make sure things are always up to date when i load the applet...files could be moved manually.
