For a Java SE client with GlassFish v3, no other special system code .jars are needed beyond $GF_HOME/lib/appserv-rt.jar. This is an enhancement over v2, where some of the other ones you're listing were needed depending on what services the SE code used. Try with just appserv-rt.jar from the GlassFish v3 installation.
