No, in the "deployment" you would just point to the whole cluster as the target instead pointing to individual cluster instance one at a time.
And as a matter of fact, in v2, we only support the whole cluster as the target and not individual cluster instance. So a particular application is always deployed to all instances of a cluster when being deployed to a cluster.
