Okay I have trashed both installations and jumped back to Java EE 6 SDK Preview (using java_ee_sdk-6-preview-windows.exe) provided from
http://java.sun.com/javaee/downloads/preview/
Unlike the promoted builds this one has the Ant add-on (unlike b55) and JEE 6 Tutorial (unlike b55/56). Now I just need to get the example database and bookstore example running where I got stucked for last 3 days.
