Hi Saxena,
               i changed ThreadsPerChild 250 as ThreadsPerChild 1 but no good luck. still having same issue,

my loadbalancer.xml


<instance disable-timeout-in-minutes="30" enabled="true" listeners="http://10.11.216.186:38082 https://10.11.216.186:38183" name="s2" weight="100"/>
    <instance disable-timeout-in-minutes="30" enabled="true" listeners="http://10.11.216.185:38080 https://10.11.216.185:38181" name="s1" weight="100"/>


but i stoped first one, started second one. but it is responding as server not available.
if i commented first one then it is responding with second instance.
