Do you see the same problem if you use the asadmin deploy command or the admin console to deploy your application?

Please open an issue at https://glassfish.dev.java.net/issues/ and please tell us if this also fails for asadmin deploy and the admin console.

If you can attach your application as a sample to the issue, so much the better.
