This is rather tricky to get right for you want to separate the namespaces. Ideal way to deploy is on two separate servers.
But can you try:
- creating two separate virtual servers (say vs1 and vs2)
- deploying the applications to the separate virtual servers.
?
Also, it seems like a bug when you say "after a short time ... same web-service is called"! Does that mean, it initially seems to call two web-services and then calls the same web-service instance? Weird.
