Access is logged in [b]server [/b]log, not in [b]S31 [/b]log.

Yesterday I was reading GF documentation and there it says that in order to host header based routing work, it's needed those hosts be present in /etc/hosts file. I have tried with and without those entries but no changes.

V39 deployment was to test simultaneoulsy that a not virtual server specific deployment still worked.
