Haven't seen this yesterday but your domain.xml states that the listeners S31, S32 and S33 only apply to requests originating from ip-address 10.129.128.31. You should change this to 0.0.0.0 by changing the address-attribute of these listeners.

Normally it is better to either use the CLI-tools asadmin or the web-based admin-console to change configuration settings. Most changes work without restart. For any changes made to the domain.xml though you have to restart. Thus I never use this reference myself.
