OK, this sounds like possibly a different problem from the other one we'd heard about.
In this case, you see the delay multiple times within a single run of the client. In the other case the delay was reported to occur during some of the initialization, but the understanding I had was once running the client performed OK.
I'll be eager to hear your findings.
