JSAS started to misbehave for me yesterday (I got NullPointerExceptions when attempting to launch my app using javaws.exe and launching from the browser stopped working as well). So
I decided to move from JSAS 9.0 to Glassfish build 41 and now I get an access denied exception when trying to invoke the web service:
