Someone else can address the javax.mail.jar issue, but I can tell you
that console-jmail-plugin-help.jar has been replaced by
console-common-full-plugin-help.jar. The JAR file now has the correct
name, and the Admin Console help for JavaMail and JNDI resources is now
visible -- it wasn't before.
