Hi,
In an effort to support custom theme in Admin Console, we introduced a
regression and was not able to display the header and the lower message
frame in the console in promoted build 25.
A P2 issue has been filed.

Once this is fixed in the nightly build, i will let everyone know.
To access the OnLineHelp, you can use the following link:
http://localhost:4848/com_sun_webui_jsf/help/helpwindow.jsf?&windowTitle=Help+Window&helpFile=CONTEXT_HELP.html
You can use the left side navigation tree to get to any topic, but
unfortunately you will not be able to get the context sensitive help
for each page.
