What version of NB are you using? I ran into this too, though others
did before me and I didn't notice at first. A nightly (not the latest
milestone) 6.8 build is the best fix. Check out Ludo's email to dev_at_gf
titled "V3 modules open in netbeans as <Badly formed Maven Project>."
