Regarding #3 - how exactly do you propose to end up with *less* jars in
web distribution than in full distribution? From packaging standpoint,
this will not fly - full distribution has to be superset of the web
distribution unless we do some really wierd, untried and therefore risky
stuff on IPS package level...
