Jason owns / leads the Scales project, and it has been very informally
developed in the past. We recently added a dependency on this project
for the admin console, which resulted in the need to push a more current
binary. Can you send a link to the type of release process document you
are looking for? We can create and document a process to ensure all the
correct files get pushed correctly next time.
