Hard code freeze for Beta3 is at *11:59 PM PT TODAY*. Please plan your
work accordingly.
We will be creating a branch for Beta3 tomorrow after the promotion for
Beta3 is done.
As before, only bugswat approved show stopper bugs will be allowed on
the Beta3 branch after this.
